Boost with GREENS

Feeling tired after work, class, or chasing kids, but you still need to work-out for the day?

It is difficult to work-out when all you want to do is just sit down. To increase my desire to work-out in the afternoon, I usually need a boost!

Giving yourself a boost can inspire you to actually work-out.

If indecisiveness creates a tug-a-war effect between working out and watching TV, try drinking some coffee or pre-workout. Then tell yourself that you have to work-out because you gave yourself the energy to.

Several products that provide a boost, may have a few extra mystery ingredients that you are not too excited about. I would encourage you to look up those unknown ingredients; some of the ingredients may be something you remember from a past chemistry class. But, some ingredients may still be a mystery.

Recently, I started using Green Superfood - Energy from Amazing Grass as a pre-workout. So far, this stuff is great! The ingredients list includes ingredients like broccoli, wheat grass, and matcha green tea – words I can actually pronounce.

So, if you do find yourself needing a boost – give yourself some greens!
