BANANA bread lovers


For all the banana bread lovers and health nuts out there, this recipe is for you! I personally LOVE banana bread, but I know that sometimes our favorite treats can be loaded with extra sugars and bad things our body's truly do not need. I am a health nut and have decided to cut out as much sugar in my diet as possible. It has become a hobby of mine to cook healthy foods that actually taste GREAT! :)

Healthy Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil

- 1/2 cup honey

-1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2-3 medium sized bananas)

- 1/4 cup milk

-1 tsp baking soda

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-1/2 tsp salt

-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

-1 3/4 cups whole oats (ground up)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit

2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl

3. Pour mix into a 9x5 inch loaf pan (put down parchment paper first)

4. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
