PULL (yourself) UP
Can you do a pull-up? It is certainly not the easiest to perform...
I've always loved pull-ups, but at the beginning I could barley do one. But, with practice, I can now do more.
Keep trying. The point it to keep pulling yourself up.
Below is a "How To" picture guide to building up to a pull-up.
I started with sets of assisted pull-ups. At first, I would do what little I could do for a pull-up unassisted, then I would do 3 sets of 10 assisted pull-ups. I also incorporated chin-ups and extra wide assisted pull-ups.
Pull-ups are possible, but you need to put in the work.
